Museums
Through our meetings and publications we hope to promote a continuing dialogue among curators and academics about historical museums of science and technology. The issues that can be discussed are many, but our principal goal is to develop better ways for making effective use of the objects in our collections--both in exhibits and in published historical studies.
It is our intention that this section of the website will host some of the consequences of that dialogue--notes on collections, exhibit reviews, and other matters of mutual interest. We begin, however, with a list of those museums in the world that house significant historical collections and that make an effort to be accessible to scholars. directory
